It does look a fair bit different..and seeming as I've never administrated before, I think i've done alright.
If you get any "oh my god, someone make a plaque , i'm a genius" idea's then post away and i'll do my best to put them in.
(In other words I will bug Shelby on MSN until she tells me how you do it !  )
